Refund & Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and should something not be to your liking please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will accept your return as long as the item is in the original condition shipped, unused and unwashed and is not a customised order. Returns can be exchanged for another item of equal value. You are responsible for courier costs for return items. Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised items.

All items in stock, other than those that are personalised, are sent within 3 days of receiving your order (Personalised items will take between 3-5 days). unless otherwise specified).  For all items sent within the UAE we use Aramex or a local equivelant which generally delivers within 48hrs.   If you need something urgently please contact us on +971 50 451 2857 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
